Daniela is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the ROSEN Group, a global leader in technology-empowered integrity solutions for critical infrastructure. With over 25 years of industry experience, Daniela has built her career driving strategic transformation and operational excellence. As Head of Corporate Advisory, she managed key functions such as the Global Training Program, Business Controlling, Process Analysis Best Practice Initiatives, and Quality Management. Currently, she oversees Facilities, Supply Chain Management & Procurement, IT, and Advisory, as well as Quality, HSE, and IT-Security.
Key accomplishments include: (i) Global Leadership in Transformational Projects: Daniela successfully led large-scale initiatives to reshape the organizational structures of ROSEN Group. Her efforts include defining strategies and overseeing initiatives that align processes, organizational structure, and business software, shaping digital transformation, and professionalizing selected areas. (ii) Crisis management: She was instrumental in guiding ROSEN’s Global Crisis Management Team during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring business continuity and employee safety. (iii) Corporate Culture and Change Management: Daniela played a pivotal role in driving ROSEN’s cultural journey, shaping a strong corporate culture aligned with modern business excellence.
Daniela was an essential ROSEN Group's Deal Team member during the landmark transaction in which the company was sold from the founder to the Partners Group. In this context, she supported Carve-Out activities and led the IT Separation of carved-out entities during the transaction.
Additionally, she successfully completed the embaX program in the Pioneers Cohort and now serves as a member of its executive faculty, further solidifying her leadership expertise. Daniela is passionate about mentoring emerging talent and eager to share her insights on digital transformation, sustainable business strategies, and effective change management with aspiring professionals.
