Katharina has 14 years of experience within IBM as a Sales Leader in different roles. She started in Infrastructure Sales (e.g. Storage, Backup, Archive, Network, Server), moved to Outsourcing Services as a strategic deal maker, and last but not least, led the Software business for IBM’s strategic clients (multiple industries, ranging from insurance, to public, to industrial, to consumer goods, to banking) in Switzerland. These days, she is leading the technology business for IBM’s strategic clients in Switzerland and is also a member of the IBM Switzerland board.
Before IBM, she has worked for an energy company programming power demand forecast model and did revision planning for gas power plants.
