Amanda is a Professor of Management and MBA Director at the University of St. Gallen. Her research explores how organizations harness human talent to achieve exceptional performance while fostering a positive impact on the communities they serve.
Before joining the University of St. Gallen, Amanda served as the MBA Director at Trinity College Dublin and held academic positions at universities in Canada, France, and the UK. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management and the Scientific Committee of the Chartered Association of Business Schools.
Amanda’s research is published in leading academic and practitioner journals, and her work has earned several prestigious awards. In addition to her academic contributions, she actively supports organizations in developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and other human resource initiatives.
Amanda holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA from McGill University.
