Prof. Dr. Marcus Schögel is the Director of the Institute of Marketing at the University of St.Gallen (IfM-HSG). In professional circles, the Berliner is considered the expert in customer centricity, digital marketing and the development of successful go-to-market strategies. Partner companies include BMW Group, Google, Bayer Crop Science, FRANKE, Procter & Gamble, Mobiliar, Swiss Life, Graubündner Kantonalbank, McKinsey & Company, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. He works with them, in particular, on approaches for the sustainable implementation of innovative and customer-oriented corporate strategies. He is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the European Marketing Academy (EMAC). He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Swiss Marketing Society (GfM) since 2015.
