Wayne is the Owner and CEO of X-Floc Maschinen GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany, since September 2024.
Before that, he took time for family, personal projects, and finalizing his Executive MBA (EMBAX) while leading the M&A MBI process for X-Floc GmbH. He has also been a Board Member, Co-Chair, and Treasurer at Hydrogen Europe since June 2022.
Previously, Wayne was VP & CFO of Bosch Hydrogen & Stationary Fuel Cells Systems (2019-2024) and VP & Department Head of Corporate Strategy at Bosch GmbH (2017-2018). His leadership experience also includes roles as Managing Director & Plant Manager at SICAM s.r.l. in Italy (2015-2017) and Department Head of Finance, Controlling, and Purchasing Asia Pacific at Bosch in Shanghai (2012-2015).
Earlier in his career, he served as Executive Assistant to the CFO of Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (2009-2012) and Senior Manager in Bosch’s Financial Treasury Corporate Department (2006-2009).
Wayne studied International Business Administration at Wilfried Laurier University and BA Stuttgart (2002-2006) and is currently completing his Executive MBA (EMBAX) at ETH Zürich and HSG St. Gallen (2023-2025).
